Refund & Return Policy

At Inn Arabia Dubai, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we maintain the following refund and return policy.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested perfume products.

You may request a return only if:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or broken.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product and packaging are required.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item has been inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

Damaged during delivery.
Defective.
Incorrectly shipped.

Subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not available for:

Opened or used perfume bottles.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
Change of mind after delivery.
